We Need You! With the end of this school year, we have some wonderful families that will be headed to Middle School, opening up some amazing
opportunities for others who wish to contribute to our wonderful school. Descriptions of positions have been posted!
Open Positions:
Carnival Coordinator - (assist Tom Mayer with organizing Carnival)
Carnival Class Baskets - (coordinate class basket specifics)
Carnival Ticket Sales - (organize & distribute pre-sale & day of carnival sales)
Carnival Silent Auction - (coordinate online auction & carnival silent auction)
Carnival Kid Bid - (organize this popular carnival game)
Carnival Prizes - (coordinate prizes for each carnival game)
Community Programs - (oversee reward programs: Box Tops, Martins A+, etc)
Cultural Night - (coordinate cultural night festivities)
Health & Safety - (organize helpful activities regarding health & safety)
Landscaping / Grounds - (coordinate use of grounds & upkeep)
Recording Secretary - (take minutes at PTA meetings)
School Marquee - (keep school’s front marquee up to date)
Student Directory - (assist with putting directory together & distribution)
Volunteer Coordinator - (assist with placing volunteers)
